Return Policy

  • Time Frame: Customers can return the purchased items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all seals, labels, and packaging intact. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.

Replacement Policy

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a replacement. We may ask for photos of the damaged or defective item for our records.

Non-Returnable Items
